Spring is an amazing time of year. There is new life all around; there is an awakening. Even more amazing is how all this comes about; how the Creator orchestrates every facet of every element.
When Jesus entered Jerusalem in Luke 9, the crowd began to celebrate and rejoice. Some of the Pharisees told Jesus to rebuke his disciples. The reply is simple and yet profound, “I tell you, if these were silent, the very stones would cry out.” His comment parallels and leads to a fascinating study of Habakkuk 2:11. It also points to the fact that all creation is to worship the Lord. The question - when you look at all aspects of creation, how does the created reflect the Creator? (“For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities - his eternal power and divine nature - have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.” Romans 1:20)
